All visitors must register (at no cost) in order to participate in a video visitation session with an inmate at this facility.

Onsite Video Visitationis available in a limited capacity in order to maintain social distancing. Inmates may receive 1 Onsite Video Visit per day. Visits can consist of only 1 adultand 1 minor for an Onsite Video Visit. Offsite Video Visits will remain available at a cost of $3.00. Thank you for your understanding during this health crisis.

Olmsted County Jail offers The Visitor™ video visitation system which allowsfriends, family members, and professionals the control to schedule and conduct video visits at a time convenient for them and avoid wasting time waiting in long lines or traveling to the facility. Video visitation replaces traditional face to face visits on visitation telephones through a glass partition with visitation through video kiosks and are conducted with the inmate never having to leave their housing unit while the visitor can choose to visit onsite at the facility or offsite from anywhere.

VISITATION

Please read all of the rules completely prior to moving forward.
Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. Disobeying any rule may result in you being banned from visiting detainees or criminal charges being pursued when applicable.

• All visits are subject to monitoring and recording
• All visits must be scheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment or up to 1 week in advance.
• CHECK-IN: 10 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
• All visitors 18 years of age and older must register and possess a valid picture identification (e.g., driver's license, State I.D., or Military I.D. with picture).
• Visitors under the age of 18 must be listed as an additional visitor and accompanied and supervised by an authorized adult visitor.
• Visitors who arrive after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to visit.
• PROPER ATTIRE: clothing must cover all private/sensitive body areas.
• You will not be allowed to visit under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Any inmate or visitor whose behavior is disruptive during a visit may have his/her visiting privileges suspended/terminated.
• Inmates will be allowed two (2) visits per week with up to three (3) visitors for a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Visitors may visit up to five (5) inmates in custody (individually).
• The visitation schedule may be canceled or altered on county appointed holidays or for safety/security reasons.
• Staff can disconnect, deny, change, or cancel a visit at any time.
• Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
• Each visitation session will show a timer to display elapsed time.
• After your visit has ended your connection will be terminated.

Offsite Visitation- Visit from personal Windows computer, Android or iOS device

Visitors wishing to participate inOFFSITEvisitation are required to download and test the visitation application from their Windows computer, Android or

iOS device (iPhone or iPad) before they will be able to schedule a visitation.

ForOFFSITEvisitation, the visitor can choose to visit from a computer or alternatively from any android device by downloading The Visitor™ android app,

ICS MOBILEfrom theGoogle Playstore or any iOSdevice by downloading the iOS app, ICS MOBILE from the Apple Store by searching ICSolutions.

OFFSITEvisitation is fee-based and the cost will vary by facility. Internet connectivity issues during offsite visits will not be refunded.
